WP 2018 Enrollment Process


We are excited, and we look forward to a successful summer and school year, it’s a delight in partnering with you for the educational development of your child. This year, our Summer Sessions 2018  (I, II, III) enrollment, 2018- 2019 school year enrollment  and MFP will take place in the following dates. Thank you for being part of the Weekday Program family. Please read completely to understand the enrollment process.

Enrollment Dates:
February 20, 2018 – March 2nd:  Priority Enrollment for summer sessions, 2018-2019 school year and MFP opens to current WP families and FirstChurch Plano families. Please pick up our summer agreement packet that include Admission form, Health form and Developmental Questionnaire. If you are a current family and attending the SUMMER program, you do not need to complete a new admission form. ALL FAMILIES WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE NEW ADMISSION FORMS FOR 2018-2019 SCHOOL YEAR.

March 5th:Enrollment for summer session (I, II, III) , 2018-2019 school year  and MFP, opens to the community.

Each student will need a separate “Enrollment Agreement” notifying us of the class and scheduled days your student will attend for the 2017-18 school year.  Turning in a separate Enrollment Agreement and Enrollment Fee* for each summer session (I, II, III or all) and 2018-2019 school year will hold your students’ position in our classes.  Enrollment fees are non-refundable.  If your circumstances change and you need to modify your enrolled days or classes, notify the office by August 18th.  Changes may be made dependent on class availability. 
In May, you will receive and invitation to meet the teacher, please plan to attend. If you are not able to attend, contact us to verify your child’s teacher for the summer. The following forms will be due by May 21:  Admission Information Form (green) and the Health Form (pink) physician signature required.  The Health Form can be downloaded at www.weekdayprogram.com. If you didn’t receive the summer packet when enrolling, stop by the office.  
In August, you will receive and invitation to meet the teacher, please plan to attend. If you cannot attend, contact us to verify your child’s teacher for 2018-2019 school year. Note, if your student attended our summer program, the same teacher is not guaranteed for the school year. The following forms will be due by August 13:  Admission Information Form (green), Health Form (pink) physician signature required, Student Developmental Questionnaire, and parent questionnaire.  If you didn’t receive 2018-2019 school year packet when enrolling, please stop by the office.
