Patti Puchala

Director of School
Jennifer Blair

Assistant Director of Admissions
Jennifer joined the Weekday Program team in 2018. She grew up in Hawaii and attended Hawaii Pacific University where she received her Master’s in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). She moved to Texas after working for five years in Myanmar. She enjoys taking her daughter and dogs to the park, attempting to cook with her husband, and travelling.

Kris Rose

Office Coordinator
Kris has been a with the Weekday Program since 2011 as an infant/toddler teacher. She has her Bachelor of Child Development from the University of North Texas. She came to the Weekday Program with previous experience as an assistant director of a preschool and internships with Texas Workforce Child Care Services and Childcare Regulations. She really enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, and her dogs.

Carter Bryant

Human Resources Coordinator
Carter is the newest member to the Weekday admin staff, he joined summer of 2023. Carter is a north Dallas native, growing up in Plano and McKinney. He is currently in college studying pollical science and photography. He has background in working for a large Christian Youth Camps for 4+ years and HR for a property company for the last 2 years. Carter’s favorite past time is working on his cars, playing tennis, and listening to music. The best part about working here to him is helping solve Teacher’s problems and playing Pokémon Cards with the kids!

Andrew Danielson

Schoolage Program Coordinator
Andrew has been a part of the Weekday Program staff since 2006. He grew up in Plano and graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 1999. He received a music degree from SMU in 2003. Andrew has an extensive collection of classical, jazz, and classic rock CDs. For the last few years, Andrew has not only taught in the afterschool program, but also lead the team as the Afterschool Program Coordinator. He likes the opportunity to teach the kids basic and important skills they will need later in life. His favorite part of the day is the time set aside for daily projects.
